NPCs will now follow correctly
NPCs can now mount a Dino of your choice using the multiwheel or chat commands
NPCs will now harvest what you choose from the multiwheel if you tell them to harvest they will do it while mounted or on foot.
You can now take your NPCs harvesting by getting them to mount an Anky or Doed.
Added NPCs Tribe Banners.

Because of the scale of this update it is suggested to wipe all the NPCs.
Fixed issue were chat wouldn\\\'t scroll to the bottom on a new message from an NPC
Added a new "Truce" Feature You can now request a truce in chat with the NPCs they may/may not accept and will give you a time limit to rectify your reputation without attacking you on site. This can only be done once a week.
To initiate a truce simply mention the word "truce" in chat to an NPC
You can now mention "gifts" to an npc to see what they want without having to offer them a gift first.
If your reputation is lower then Neutral , NPCs will attack you on site including there pirate counterparts unless you have a truce.
Tribes will no longer build in the water
Pirates have been limited to 20 (i was not saving the count on server restart hence why some servers had overspawning)
Pirate ships now have loot in storage boxes on them.
Pirate ships now have ballista\\\'s and cannons they use to defend themselves
Pirate ships will now stop driving if the driver is killed and removed from the server after a set time period.
Tribes will now evolve and build without a player being in render distance.
Fixed reputation sometimes being Adversary 0.0
NPCs now have a more advanced threat system related to reputation the lower your reputation the more threat and more sophisticated there attacks are
NPCs can no longer be knock-out tamed
Fixed NPCs sleeping animation when knocked out
Added 50+ names to females and 50+ to males
NPCs now knockout dinos and tame them
Fixed issue with wiping NPCs not updating the max limit count and NPCs not spawning back in
RandomTribeTiers=True - Added new option to allow random NPC tiers. So instead of starting at Primitive they will spawn at a random tier. (They still evolve as normal)
NPCMaxTier=Primitive - Added a new ini option to set the NPCS max allowed tier.. ie NPCMaxTier=Alpha or NPCMaxTier=Primitive (Default is NPCMaxTier=Demonic)
There is a 5% chance NPCs will talk in chat when they kill or knock something out. (You can possibly steal there tame .. They won\\\'t like this)
Updated wiki to include tribes tameable dinos.
RandomizeBodyTypes=True - Added a new option to disable the random body types the NPCs spawn with.
AlwaysAggresive is active again.

Added Dismemberment - Can be toggled off with DisableDismemberment=True in GameUserSettings.ini
Fixed gift offering not working with stack mods.

Added NPCs and Pirate Rafts back in.

Gift offering is now working again
Fixed chat dissapearing after 15 seconds despite opening the chat again.
Improved how aggression works.
NPCs should no longer attack there own dinos when they are always aggressive.

Fixed an issue were if you have not set a default evolution interval tribes would evolve quite fast, default is back at 2250 seconds each attempt
Added new chat configuration settings in the f10 menu so each player can determine if they want to see chat or if they want it to auto show the chat box
Hardened the rule that tribes cannot build in water.
Fixed turrets targeting players with higher then neutral rep after game restart or after a tribe evolves
Fixed issue with bases sometimes not serializing and being invisible
Fixed issue with bases not showing on count in menu
Reputation is now affected by building damage
Some npcs will now attack you if you damage 1 of there structures
Optimised max npc limitation (its much faster and uses less server resources to manage npc spawns)
DebugMaxNPC is no longer required in GameUserSettings.ini Default max NPCs is 300 you can increase it or decrease it with the NPCMaxOnMap setting
NPCs will now accept different gifts. Each NPC is different you will have to ask them what they want. It rotates between 30 different types of resources or items.
NPCs no longer just teleport to dinos when mounting. They walk over and mount normally.
Added a new type of "Pirate" NPC tribe that roam the seas on rafts
Fixed issue with tribes evolving 2 fast regardless of evolution interval
Fixed F10 menu not updating correctly.

Fixed tribes changing names when evolving
Fixed tribes not building a new base after evolving
Fixed more then 1 npc mounting a dino
Fixed structures being built in strange places
Fixed bug with tribes never evolving
Improved NPC Limit to be more reliable and removed death caches from NPCs wiped by the enforced NPC limit
NPCs should not longer be aggressive sometimes
