NPC Bases are now fully procedural. This means every base is now different.
Loot tables have been reworked and is about 70% completed. (Hoping for feedback on this on Discord)
Old bases are now removed correctly when a tribe evolves.
Turrets will now not always be active(Intentionally this time), This is procedural.
Fixed issue with chat were some NPCs will respond more then once.
Fixed issue with NPCs only using melee weapons.
NPCs should always go aggressive when there base is attacked.

You can now land near NPCs on flyers.
NPCs can be picked up by all flyers above and including ptera size.
NPCs wont build near each other again. (Should be quite some distance between each tribe to prevent fps drops from rendering in a ton of structures)
NPC Rafts are now disabled by default and can be turned on by changing the NPCMaxPirates ini option.
Turrets & Wild Dinos will now target NPCs. Turret settings should be "Tamed Creatures"
Added more turrets to FOB
NPCs have a new weapon for launching C4

New Feature (Must be enabled through new ini option NPCRaiding=True)
If your reputation is low enough NPCs might decide to raid you, The lower your reputation the higher the chance, They build a FOB near your base and will judge the threat level based off turrets and dino\'s. - Keep in mind its a new feature that can be difficult to predict i\'m not sure how it will behave and i rely on you guys to test. So let me know if any issues and i\'ll look into them asap. (Can be turned on with the new ini option NPCRaiding=True It is currently defaulted to off so people can test without destroying there current saves as i consider it a beta feature)

NPCs must be higher then Alpha to raid.
The Raid if unopposed will last 20 minutes.

When structures are created by NPCs they now go into a persistent data table. This is now the new method for removing structures and should prevent players from not being able to remove structures that are no longer owned by anyone.
I have added a method for detecting structures that are of the same class to prevent duplication of structures.
Turrets should now always be active
Fixed issue with crash when recruiting an NPC.
Fixed minor issues with chat sometimes not working.
