- Alliance / Horde is now two seperate subject types. You can form Alliance as human or Horde as orc nation if in correct ages.
- Faction joining / leaving / kicking is now done via diplomatic actions menu. It utilizies a complex ai acceptance system ( Note that ai acceptance for factions is still new and its condition values are highly subject to change )
- Undead Monarchy government reform. Special champion system for undead monarchies to pick the perfect heir.
- More actions for faction subjects.
- Fixed government abilities overlapping problem. Will add more government ability variances in future.
- Make Defias event not to trigger if it already exists.
- Kul Tiras does not get Guilds and Order at same time. Instead, allowing guilds gives Order a loyalty / influence.
- Fixed nogovernmentname and notitle localization bug for default tribes.
- Scourge now have correct ruler / government name.
- Allow guild decision should not spam any longer.
- All geomancers are now earth religion, since both being present is unnecessary.
