Ideas:

Many ideas recieved changes to be more in line with others.
Navy related ideas recieved considerable buffs to compensate from the map changes that removed loads of maritime straits and choke points.

Rececieved actual lore related idea groups rather than the random mess they had. Many other idea groups recived several other tweeks.

Religion:

Religions recieved overall across the board buffs, others might need a bit more tuning to stay competive.
To replace defender of the faith, added a specific decision all countries can enact called Warrior of the Faith. This gives the benefit
of tier 5 defender of the faith permanently but requires 1500 ducats you need to have 3 stab and also costs 100 admin power. This also
fixes the issue that females such as Tyrande and Sally couldnt become DOF's due to Paradox hard codding that females can't ever be defenders of faith.

General:

Re-added certain countries starting with a secondary religion when it made sense, I.E Darnassus starting with druidism as a syncretic faith.
Added More historical rivals and Friends such as Amani vs Elves, will add more in the future.

Added warcraft music mod to baseline wwu you no longer need to have a separate mod for music.
Fixed Kul'Tiras not having Katherine Proudmore as ruler when she was the clear sucessor of Daelin.
All factions where it was logical now have a 50% male to female advisor rate and females can also be generals in most factions where it is applicable.
This will cause an issue of many advisor portraits being empty as we do not have protraits for all genders yet.

Rebalanced government reforms to be more in line with each other, Added a unique government system to Quelthalas/Silvermoon Called the Convocation of Silvermoon.
Goverments with no estates got massively buffed to compensate the lack of estates since they play a big part in wwu.
Removed the massive tradition debuff guilds would bring.

- Overhauled Government Forms. The variety of government forms has been increased, with new unique forms such as Dragonflight Brood, Scarlet Crusade, etc being added for the relevant countries.
- Overhauled Government Reforms. The reforms now mimic the vanilla structure and features, i.e. republics can choose lottery elections, etc. Currently there are a few unique reforms tied to culture/religion. This is just a start, unique stuff related to Warcraft will be continue to be added.
- Overhauled Estates internally, so they aren't tied to the vanilla names. They mostly function the same as before, although the loyalty balance should now be fixed. Privileges and agendas that don't fit in Warcraft have been removed.
- Fixed several province errors.
- Lots of small bugfixes.
- Changed Guild mechanic. You can now patronize a specific Guild via the estate window. This will unlock a unique estate for that Guild and enable their unique diplomatic action. You can re-patronize a different Guild, although this will disable the active Guild.
- Overhauled Ideagroups. There are now 10 general ADM groups + 4 government specific ADM groups, 15 DIP groups and 15 MIL groups.
- Overhauled Policies. A policy requires 1 specific group (i.e. Administrative) and 1 from the same type (i.e. any ADM group) to unlock. Added a 3 policies for each group (1 in ADM, 1 in DIP, 1 in MIL).
- Added 3 new provinces to Plunder Isle.
- Added Deepholm and Vashj'ir tradenodes (unconnected).
- Deepholm is now a landmass so it looks more similar to the actual zone.
- Vashj'ir is now deep water so it looks more like a special part of the sea.
- Added 5 new provinces to Kun-lai Summit.
- Added 4 new provinces in the Silithus borders, allowing access to Ungoro, Uldum and Feralas in a less restrictive fashion.
- Added 2 new provinces in Ahn'Qiraj area, allowing access to Uldum and adding a colonisable coastline province.
- Added trade company regions for the whole world.
- Reduced the initial fire/shock modifiers from technology so combat isn't so quick at the start of the game.
- Added the lakes to Mt. Hyjal.
- Reduced max rivals to 1.
- Added "Establish Trust" diplomatic action that allows you to buy 1 Trust for 100 DIP with friendly nations. This is to allow a semblance of control over the trust you have with another nation.
- Added several provinces to Uldum.
- Changed flag shape to include a border.
- Added dynasties for cultures that lacked any.
- Changed the Hegemonies so they are much easier to achieve.
- Added Manufactory building: trade_goods_size = 1.0
- Added Arcane Tower manufactory: adds global_trade_goods_size_modifier = 0.05 in provinces with Artifacts
- Added Citadel manufactory: adds fort_level = 2, local_hostile_attrition = 2, local_defensiveness = 0.33
- Added City Barracks manufactory: adds local_manpower = 1.0
- Added Garrison manufactory: adds statewide_governing_cost = -0.5, min_local_autonomy = -5
- Updated the map for Zandalar, nows uses the BFA shape and includes the Vol'dun and Nazmir regions.

- Added Vol'dun Cartel and Vulpera technology/culture.
- Added Sethrak Empire and Sethrak technology/culture, and the Faithless religion.
- Added Nazmir and Blood Troll technology/culture.
- Added Tortollan Refuge and Tortollan technology/culture.
- Renamed the Chaotic Grasp religion mechanic to Strength of Will.
- Arcane nations now start at 10% Strength of Will, not 100%.
- Arcane nations will now actually risk becoming Fel if they remain at 0% Strength of Will.
- Strength of Will now has passive gain whilst at peace and stable, and loss when at war or unstable.
- Removed Mystery of the Makers religion, since there is no real usage of it in lore.
- Cleaned up the Burning Legion mechanics for the Fel religion.
- Added Unholy Decrees for Fel.
- Fixed the Unholy influence actions interface.
- Added "Spread Fel" covert diplomatic action for Fel nations. Requires 100% Legion Strength.
- Added "Corrupt Ruler" dynastic diplomatic action for Fel nations. Requires 100% Legion Strength.
- Added "Corrupt Heir" dynastic diplomatic action for Fel nations. Requires 100% Legion Strength.
- Added 3 events that boost Legion Strength.
- Added 2 events that grant benefits when at 100% Legion Strength
- Added "Fel Empowerment" triggered modifier for Fel nations at 100% Legion Strength
- Added Philosophies (religious schools) for the Rational Philosophies religion group. Lets you pick a bonus in exchange for a gold cost.
- Changed Elemental Attunement bonuses.
- Changed the sources of Elemental Attunement gain/loss.
- Added Elemental Attunement to Fire/Water/Air/Earth religions.
- Subjects no longer take diplomatic relations.
- Base Diplomatic Relations reduced to 2.
- Added the Harmony mechanic to the Light religions.
- Changed the penalty for missing an institution to 5%.
- Added a new diplomatic action that allows the player to switch control between overlord and vassal nations.
- Added a new diplomatic action for Scourge nations, whilst playing as any nation classified as a Scourge nation, you can switch player control between them, emulating the power of the Lich King.
- Added "Hereditary Rule" reform that applies the maintain dynasty rule to a monarchy. Stormwind now starts with this reform and the Feudal Monarchy, instead of having a separate government form.
- Added "Militarized State" reform, adding the Militarization mechanic for a nation.
- Added "Justified Conquest" reform: adding the Claim States mechanic for a nation.
- Added customised Iqta mechanics to Feudal Kingdom government form.
- Added customised Tribal Federation mechanics to Warband government form.
- Added customised Mamluk mechanics to Ancient government forms.
- Added customised Theocratic mechanics to Theocracy government form.
- Added customised Cossacks mechanics to Demonic Order government form.
- Added the ability to syncretise with other religions to the Rational Philosophies religious group.
- Reworked the tradenodes to bring the focus on the Eastern Kingdoms, which will encourage the AI to conquer Kalimdor/Panadaria/Northrend/etc. Each node is now bigger and has more steering options.
- Overhauled the generic buildings. Reduced the number of options and the number of building slots but made them more powerful.

Features:
- Event Picture Overhaul! Event pictures are now all-colored and larger. Enjoy dozens of new warcraft arts.
- Assasination action now works like Crusader Kings 2.
- Re-implemention of many 1.29 government mechanic that was removed in 1.30 patch.
- Hyjal Region rework. Number of Hyjal and surrounding provinces almost doubled.
- Nice World Tree model for Nordrassil and decisions to burn it (Heh!)

Improvements:
- Balance changes in many small modifiers.
- Small improvements in guild actions.

Bugfix:
- Fixed capitals of most countries. They no longer seen as "<Country Adjective> <Region>" format in History screen.
- Restored advisor portraits.

Note: Organization and Remnant government types, along with all associated features, are removed due a bug in EU4 affects custom government types. You can still use Guild Specialization feature to access organization specific diplomatic actions, as they are now DLC-free.

- 24 new loa as deity and few more deities for primitive religion.

- Removed voodoo religion and replaced their countries with Loa religion.

- Orcs no longer get huge buff if there are any player controlled countries in Outland.
- Alliance / Horde ownership now transfer to the nation that annexes the old leader.
- Several balance refines in define files.

Bugfixes:
- Fixed a bug that prevents the opening of dark portal at some cases.
- Fixed a bug where enslavement does not work correctly.
- Several decision / event refining.
- Fixed icons and graphics of many ui elements.

Special Note: 1.30 update brought a tons of changes, especially with estates and some government systems. That's why it will take awhile to fully restore the mod to its former stability.
Events might not work, game may crash, some modifiers might not make any sense. I ask for your patience and assistance during this transition. Please stop by Discord and report all bugs
and balance issues you've found if you have time.
