object layering fixes and resizing the blocking button to only block the sort combo as that is the one causing mismatches not the border combo

Added a blocking button to prevent people from using the vanilla sorting causing the turret factory to lose what seed its on and cause turrets to not match up properly

probably all client changes to properly generate turrets based on the correct coordinates, they were being generated too early and using the current sector as a result. This however did not affect server and caused a mismatch in turrets.
