This update should fix the infamous "game lag spikes when doing melee attacks" bug, especially in LWOTC.

If you notice "IRI_Napalm_FireTrail missing template!" warnings or something like that - ignore them, they are normal and should resolve automatically eventually.

Speculative fix for lag/crashes while using moving melee abilities.
Shredder and Shredstorm rockets now increase only base damage, and the bonus no longer depends on the order of effects.

Fixed the bug that caused Posioned effect from White Phosphorous and Sarin rockets to always last 5 turns, regardless of the actual value in configuration.

Duration for the fire effect and apply chance can now also be configured for both rockets as:

If set to 0 (which is the default value), the fire effect will have the same duration as the posion effect.
FIRE_DAMAGE_DURATION_TURNS = 5

Value from 0 to 100
FIRE_DAMAGE_APPLY_CHANCE = 100
