I re-uploaded the original mod again + some changes to prevent the damage I caused by the previous accidental upload.
This version also contains the ability to be translated and comes with a default English translation.
Hi-tech Vitals Monitor now also require the core vitals monitor research.

- Fixed several research typos.

- Fixed a bug where in combination with the mod "Misc Robots++" the robots would actually drill faster than the colonists.
- Nerfed the Planetary Drill drill times a bit.

- Nerfed the cover effectiveness of PC's from 75% --> 25%
- Split up the PC's into separate PC's to fix the bug where colonists would use it w/o being assigned to that skill.
- Tweaked a few other stats for balance reasons.
- Upon loading a savegame it will throw one-time errors if you already had Educational PC's placed in the world. You will have to rebuild them (just this once because the XML name changed).
