and changes

Eclipse: 1 -> 2 cost, damage/debuff increased
Moonlight: Base block -1, upgraded block unchanged
Cataclysm: Upgrading now lowers cost rather than increasing damage.
Frozen Star: 1 less Block. Functions more similar to cards like Rage, meaning it is no longer affected by Block modifiers.
Perihelion: 0 -> 1 cost, 2 [3] times more -> 4 [5] times more
Glass Star: 1 additional Block per energy of card. Similar to Frozen Star, no longer affected by Block modifiers.
Temperance: Changed effect.
Heal 2 [3] HP. Exhaust. Stellar 14: Exhaust any number of cards in your hand. Heal 2 [3] HP for each card Exhausted.

Balance update, which also reworks The Devil and Confirmation.

Full changelist:
The Devil and Confirmation are reworked.
Confirmation: "Shuffle an Ominous Star into your deck. Whenever you draw an Ominous Star, deal 8 [13] damage to ALL enemies."
Ominous Star is a 1 cost Star card with no other effect.
The Devil: "Deal 10 [14] damage. If this does not kill the enemy, lose 6 HP. Stellar 15: Deals additional damage equal to your missing health."
Reject Reality - Block and damage increases more when upgraded, but does not reduce Dazes generated.
Wish draws an additional card and gives more Block. I nerfed it too much.
The World draws 1 additional card.
Astral Form is now Ethereal, and upgrading removes Ethereal rather than reducing the cost.
Still grants 2 additional block when upgraded. Upgrading by 2 was not intended. :(
