Rewrite and clean up of the portrait properties code.
Combine various culture specific hairstyling rules into a unified system.
Let customized clothing choices be replaced with armour in battle.
For all the Egyptian derived portraits replaced the mouths to fix their resting bitch face.
Scale up mace and axe sprites a bit.
Clean up remaining unchanged effect layers with incomplete transparency.
Replaced Chinese makeup trigger, also didn't support offmap empires.
Included the Faerun compatibility submod.

- Modern code style.
- Repeated and variable parts moved to scripted triggers.
