Added Mutation Reset kibble and made minor refactoring tweaks

Added two new INI options MutationRolls and MutationPoints, more info in the INI discussion page

Fixed the bugs that were effecting the tropeos andother creatures from eating the kibble and also the multiple mutations.

Removed a test engram that was left in the last update

Reworked entire mod.

Female dinos now have the buff applied by forcing the dino to consume the kibble instead of automatic feeding.

Added Gender Swap Mutation Kibble to swap the gender of your dinos, usable once every hour.

Fixed issues relating to buff timer. Should eat as intended.
