Re upload of current patch for The known world testing

Patch notes

- Minor spawn adjustments for Destriers, Siglavys and Kehilans. (Spawns upped by 0.001 - 0.01% in different areas)
- Siglavys and Destriers now spawn in herds of either 2 or 3.
- Kehilans are now more often found in herds of 2 rather only 1
- Rounceys are now less % chance of spawning herds of 3 [due to sharing spawn with Drays]

- **Saddle updates**!
- Basic horse saddle mesh update
- Travelers horse saddle [Previous called padded horse saddle] color update and name change
- **New** Mercenary horse saddle

- Folder and spawn preparation for The known world compatibility

- Rouncey Texture update; The pattern is now a lot more detailed and better blended

- All horses have been slightly downsized and rescaled to each other and in correlation to the Equus [meaning they all are still a little bit larger, but not as large as before except for the pony]
- All baby horses are now more realistic in size compared to the adult horses and their legs are slightly longer.

-Head turn when charging has been adjusted/animation has been changed [<- Currently up for testing to see if it looks/feels better when charging.]

- New: Two seater horse saddle!
Horses that are able to carry two people are Destriers, Siglavys, Drays and Coursers. The others can wear the saddle but are not able to have a passenger
- Garron sockets fixed: all custom saddles from other mods should be compatible again
- Torches may be equipped on custom saddles / Fixed torch socket.
- Minor texture tweaks

- New: Pony! New model and texture. The trusty and stubborn pony is not as strong as the other horses but its sturdy legs make it a great travelling companion and cute addition to your herd. You can find them in the mountains

- New: Garron! Reworked with new model and texture, based off the “Fjord Horse”
Suitable for colder climates, matches up to the strength of most other breeds but able to carry slightly more. You can find them in the Snow
* Padded horse saddle and horse saddle now works on the Garron

- Siglavy texture fixes
* Texture is slightly darker
* No longer spotted around eyes when mutated
* Hooves now comes in other colors other than pale/white [Can also color mutate]
- Black strands/ visual glitch fixed in Destrier and Dray horses.
- Particles when trotting and charging with horses have been adjusted and resized

- Hurt animation changed
- Turning animation when trotting and charging have been adjusted
- No more stun lock when attacked / fixed being unable to kick
- All horses now poop

- Less noise from horses when trotting
- Slight changes in sound cue start times

- [NEW] Rouncey: Pinto style horse, Same use as a courser. Spawns in Redwoods

- Fixed : slight Pink coloration of mane and tail on Coursers and Kehilans
- texture on tail is no longer patchy
- Dray weight has been slighty buffed
- Texture fixes and details on several horses

- Fixed Stats changing on horses and their foals
- Minimized the amount of times the sound que would play in idle animation
- Fixed Attack animation being too fast
- Fixed stats not registered properly on Siglavys <- Needs to be re-bred or respawned to get new stats and level working aswell as a wild dino wipe for new horses to spawn.
- Kehilans now have their proper stats and speed buff
- Drays Should have a slight increase in weight
- Adjusted some spawn weights
- Minor texture tweaks

Current patch
- The additional saddles are now able to be crafted in your inventory
- Animation tweaks on the running and trotting of all horses to make it smoother
- Pony Renamed to Pony from Equus
- Spawns are slightly tweaked and balanced in general. Ponys will be spawning once the rework is done.
- Fixed Destrier spawns
- Adjusted dust particles on all horses.
- Minor Texture adjustments on Destriers and Drays.

- Potentially fixed Pink coloration of mane and tail on Coursers and Kehilans
- Potentially fixed Black lines/ strands from Hooves on horses [May be a conflicting mod issue as i am unable to replicate it myself or on other servers]
- Potentially fixed Stat issues/ stats not passing over properly on Drays weight and potentially other horses.
^ Working on narrowing down these issues to fix them properly without majorly interfering with peoples gameplay/horses.
