-stability improvements: this should fix issues such as gmod crashing with an Engine Error popup, usually with a "Lua panic" message, VR menus randomly breaking, other random lua errors (usually related to vgui)

-added stripped-down 3DOF mouse&keyboard mode for people with "vr headsets" but no controllers.
This mode can be accessed using the console commands cardboardmod_start / cardboardmod_exit
