- Shattered Rings ai will automatically clear blockers from their guaranteed colonies when they research the required techs

Removals:
- Astrometeorology Observatory no longer replaces some researcher jobs with Astrometeorologis jobs
- Prime Forecaster no longer reduces researcher upkeep

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed having two Earth Custodianships with Synthetic Dawn and Machine Age
- Fixed Kel-Azaan Republic having no unique description with Grand Archive
- Soft Bodied now cannot be taken with strong or weak
- Fixed Engigmatic Engineering not getting sensor range or hardening with First Contact DLC
