Additions:
- Added Necrotic and Aquatic Transgenesis and associated traits
- New trait: Auspicious
- Ranger Lodge gives +5% Habitability
- Ranger Lodge gives an additional +5% habitability with the Terrestrial Sculpting and Ecological Adaptation techs
- Noble jobs now get +1 political power
- Private Mining Consortium will also produce strategic resources, so long as the planet has rare deposits, and you have the technology to mine it.

Tweaks:
- Byzantine Bureaucracy gives -2% housing and amenities usage per bureaucrat job, instead of a flat -5%
- Mining Conglomerate gives +2 trade value from miners, no longer gives +10% mining station output
- Efficient Administrative Protocols now also effects chronicler drone jobs
- Ranger Lodge now gives twice as much unity per blocker
- On resort worlds, Ranger Lodge gives +1 ranger jobs per 10 pops
- Fast Food Chains can only be built on empires with 10+ biological pops
- Death Chroniclers give +10% governing ethics attraction
- Chronicle Drones give +3 Stability (from +2.5)
- Infestation war goal added to Parasitic Overmind government
- Burrowing and Aerial can no longer be taken with the Subterranean Origin
- Progressive Faction will only care if full citizens have welfare
- Subjects with the Satellite Campus or Ministry of Science holding now count for the Science without Borders demand

Bug Fixes:
- Leaders of a Latent Psionic species always have a chance to gain the psionic trait, even if they are not your main species
- Open Market CB can no longer be used against fallen empires and subjects
- Fixed Fast Food Chain not giving farmer jobs
- Fixed broken localization
