● Round 25 talent Frenzy: Lifesteal decreased from 25% to 20%
● Clinkz - Burning Barrage: CD decreased from 10/8/6 to 8/7/6 secs, arrow count decreased from 5/6/6 to 3/4/5, damage percentage decreased from 50%/75%/125% to 50%/75%/100%
● Muerta: Attack interval increased from 1 to 1.2 secs, base attack damage decreased from 65 to 60
● Drow Ranger - Gust: Silence duration decreased from 2/3/5 to 2/3/4 secs
● Undying - Decay: CD increased from 8/6/4 to 10/8/6 secs
● Priest - Salvation: Tango restores 1~7 HP instead of 1~8
● Undead - Plague: (6) Undeads - Reduces 40% HP of enemies instead of 45%
● Hands of Midas: Targets only illusions or summoned pieces
● Melafic Rapture: EXP gained equals to 1x damage taken instead of 0.75x

● Monk - Drunken Stagger: (2) Monks - Now only valid on melee allies
● Undead - Plague: (3)(6) Undeads - Max HP decreased by 10%/45% instead of 5%/40%
● Satyr - Fear: Internal CD decreased from 4-8 secs to 4-6 secs
● Warrior - Fortified Armor: (9) Warriors - Reflection multiplier decreased from 1.7 to 1.5
● Troll - Voodoo Frenzy: (6) Trolls - Maximum stack decreased from 8 to 7
● Bane - Fiend's Grip: Damage per seconde increased from 50/75/125 to 75/100/150
● Skywrath Mage - Arcane Bolt: Magical damage increased from 150/250/350 to 150/250/400
● Pangolier: Base damage increased from 65 to 80
● Medusa - Stone Gaze: Duration increased from 3/4/5 secs to 4/5/6 secs
● Templar Assassin - Refraction: Shield increased from 30/40/50 to 40/60/80
