- jupiter blessing at game start now gives 3 oratory, 3 persuasion instead of 4 persuasion, also 2 looting instead of 4 looting
- corrected skill description
- in offensive sieges, you will now command troops according to rank
- tab press no longer possible in marching event

- no senate notifications while freelancing
- double payment for Praetorians
- tributaries should now declare peace after they revolt against their masters

- fixed grain supply quest: you should now be able to do this quest as many times as you like
- made sure Nero only offends living Lords of the Roman faction and not everyone (like you Jeremus)
- try to make sure that the town wealth wont become negative
- changes to throwing stones: less accurate now and a bit weaker, so that they are consistent with the other weapons
- made sure that goods mechant dont become too rich
- fixed a bug: when senates vote to change law in favor of the nobles: this bug caused also tariffs becoming abritrary high or negative
- fixed a bug with the senate in the trigger which decides the opinion the senate has for law changes
small addition:
- added richest and poorest lord in the economic report
- added a new code in the camp cheats which allows you to reset bugged economic values (very negative tarrifs or very high tarrifs)
ONLY use it in the case you had the 'negativ tariffs' error message, the option is called 'reset bugged economic values' under the cheat menu

fixes:
- fixed Ecbatana being assigned to the wrong province (new game only)
- nerfed germanic berserkers a bit and changed furor teutonicus template to make them less sucidal by attack
- changed notification during ambushes so that it is clear that you can't retreat while ambushed
- increased prices for Ramun and Galeas
- fixed a bug while being ambushed which caused casualities whenever the player changed battle size
- fixed a bug which will crash your battles randomly
