now automatically takes crisis strength from galaxy setup (if your version allows this). Over 10000x crisis strength now allowed (you'll need another mod to get that high in the galaxy setup)

updated to 3.0 (minor changes and made s.t. it still works with previous versions as well (though this gives a few more unavoidable lines in error.log)
