- Made settings more readable and more easily understandable, especially for settings which are essentially turned off when set to 0.

- Added option to turn off normal starvation damage, so it does not stack with health degen produced by this mod.
- Added missing settings for degen thresholds, so they can now go to 0%.
- Removed debug console prints (oops).

- Changed name of the mod to "Stat Regen And Degen"

- Split up regeneration and degeneration, with specialized settings for both types.
- Revamped the mod settings and separated each stat and regen / degen into sections, so it's easier to navigate the huge list of settings.
