Update unit set table. Since for Multiplayer battle they have individual set for each vanilla unit, I will not bother with that since probably no one will use this mod for multiplayer battle.

Also move the Trueflight arrow RoR to T4.

Add the missing unit set for the Kerillian Warband. They're consider waywatcher.
Somehow waywatcher is not wood elf missile unit but whatever

Updated for skinkboi and skaven Tesla DLC.
Change the unit set to match CA's addition of veteran skill for WH1 races.
