This build will fix issues such as the ability open the menu when you have no permissions, fix the debug monitor issue so it can now be used with COT, fix the forever blood spray when the mod is not installed and fix a possible crash when clicking a player who may have the old permissions set.

You will need to update both Permissions Framework and Community Online Tools on your server for this to take effect.
