--Fixed a syntax error bug in Rigelions Ally card. I had accidentally typed an "a" randomly into the code.
Sometimes when I switch from playing back to coding, I try scrolling with w a s d before my brain kicks in, and end up typing random characters into the code.

--fixed Federation Fleets 2 and 3 so they don't micro bounce on their fleet cards. If a ship is micro bouncing (a term i made up) they will appear to be stationary until you hover over a button and try to click it. All Ships and Fleets need to have their Custom -> Non-Convex setting unchecked. They should all have it now.

--Fixed Space Lane dice: They now always grab 1 space lane per randomization.

--Fixed bug in Initiative Stage Turn Order Card Deal. If there was less than 2 Turn Order cards left to deal, the script crashed because it takes 2 cards minimum to be a deck. Now it can deal out the last card of the turn order deck if there's only 1 left. Or if everyone has a Turn Order card already, it won't attempt to deal any. If the Turn Order deck is moved from its spot and there is a player that does not have a turn order card in their spot, the game will attempt to deal a card and fail. Rather than crash, it will announce that it couldn't deal the card to that player and will gather all turn order cards and start over rather than stop the game. If a turn order card gets deleted accidentally, the script will be stuck in a loop because it can never deal the right number of cards. So be careful not to delete any Turn Order cards.

--Victory Check. I was recently inspired to get this feature working. The game will now give Borg an instant victory if a 6th Spire is placed into play. Also during Recharge, any victors will be announced and displayed. Even if any Victory is detected, the game will merely announce it, but let you continue playing the game. If there are multiple factions with victory, both will be displayed along with the number of systems they control (to break ties).

--fixed Civilizations not building their nodes when OK is clicked. (I recently broke the button fixing another bug).
--fixed INDRI VIII crashing the script when it is explored.

Fleets:
--added titles and buttons to fleets. This will make fleets easier to use (should lessen the amount of dragging ships back and forth across the board).
[ + ] (Add ships button): clicking this will allow you to drag and drop ships onto a fleet to add them. The added ship will jump to the next open spot on the fleet card. It will not allow you to add more ships than the fleet has spots.
[ - ] (Remove Ship button): clicking this will drop 1 ship from the fleet card underneath the Fleet. An easy way to drop a ship off to a planet.
[ x ] (Disband Fleet button): clicking this and confirming "Y" will stack all ships on the fleet card to where the Fleet was, and move the Fleet back to its empty card.

I just realized the player areas were interactable. They are frozen now, and can't be accidentally unlocked and dropped.

--Resuming a Saved game was completely broken, but should be working now. Resuming the game has been a challenge. The game resumes the current step the game was in. If you happen to save and exit while a script is in the middle of a task, it might get repeated when you reload the game. It's best to save/exit when the menu is prompting/waiting for you to click a button.

--Bug Fixed: Multiplying Turn Order Cards. Turn Order cards no longer duplicate when gathering them off the board.
--Borg Command Phase now draws a Command Card for each cube.
--Each time a Player starts Building Phase or Command Phase, it is announced in chat.
