--I made several behind the scene changes to the script to make it smoother. I'm getting better with understanding coroutines. The recharge stage was getting choppy late game, now it may take a few more seconds to calculate resources, but it should flow much smoother.

--Rifts and Wormholes are now implemented. They will auto attach to systems they are dropped onto. They will also affect First Contact.

--added a 2 second pause to Religious Leadership (Bajoran disadvantage). The command token didn't always get exhausted because it was still refreshing.

--fixed a possible bug in the exploration deck preparation that might have been putting a single safe card on top of the deck when it shouldn't.

--Fixed the issue where resource nodes placed on systems from Civilization Card build outs were not snapping into place.
--Fixed a bug with fleet cards with more than 10 ships (Dominion/Jem'Hadar) were crashing when using drag/drop feature to add ships to fleets.
--Dominion Battleships are now counted when clicking the "?" button on Systems that counts total ships in a System.
--fixed a lot of bugs/issues with Jem'Hadar version of Ketracel White script.
--fleets that lose ships to Ketracel White and drop below the minimum will automatically disband.
--Ships that are lost to Ketracel White will leave a message in the chat log telling you where they were destroyed from.
--You can toggle supplied/not supplied button on Fleets now, (like ships) to override the script's AI when flagging ships for the Hazard.
