- Fixed issue where Savior did not provide bonus healing

- Brigadier rank should now appear if user is not using another mod that adds it.
- Stabilize Stim now overrides Medikit heal properly.
- Pharmacist will no longer receive Savior as a Training Center ability if [WOTC] LW2 Classes and Perks is also installed.
