Update: Aug 8, 2022 @ 12:00pm

Version 1.4.1
Fixed a crash.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed a crash with certain VFX which were using corrupted project files.

Update: Aug 6, 2022 @ 8:31am

Version 1.4.0
Implemented targetting improvements for controller users. Implemented a potential bugfix to a sporadic issue with the Explosive Trap skills.

Bug Fixes:

  • Cleaned-up some of the scripting involved in the Throw Explosive Trap and Deploy Mass Explosive Traps skills in the hopes it fixes unintentional damage stacking which some users have observed. No guarantee this fixes the issue as I've still been unable to reproduce it.

Other Improvements:
  • Controller targetting improvements for pretty much all of the Pyrokinetic skills.

Update: Jul 10, 2020 @ 4:19am

Version 1.3.3
Tweaks to Explosive Trap and Mass Explosive Traps, Ragnarok, and Magma Wall. Minor bugfixes.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue whereby applying Scorch would show a temporary status on the enemy with no icon.
  • Fixed an issue with the crafting item categories for 2H Flameblades.

Balance Improvements:
  • Explosive Trap / Mass Explosive Traps
    • Changed damage so that it takes the owner's stats into account when detonated without being attacked by the owner. It now has a 120 damage multiplier.
    • The traps now arm at the end of the current round rather than after the user's turn.
    • Now applies Burning taking the owner's stats into account, rather than dealing damage based on the target's level.
    • Now increments a stack of Scorch.
  • Magma Wall
    • Reduced AP cost from 2AP to 1AP.
  • Ragnarok
    • Reduced impact and surface radius from 3m to 2m.

Update: Apr 20, 2020 @ 3:41am

Version 1.3.2.1
Minor bugfix to Firebrand Aura when used with the Enemy Upgrade Overhaul mod.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where Firebrand Aura (not usable in-game but is part of the Enemy Upgrade Overhaul mod) was not applying Warm on-hit.
  • Fixed a dodgey tooltip for the Firebrand status.

Update: Apr 4, 2020 @ 7:47am

Version 1.3.2
Lots of minor bug fixes and improvements.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue whereby failing to apply Scorch on skills with a chance to apply it would read "Fumbled to apply Potion" instead of "Fumbled to apply Scorch".
  • Fixed an issue where Condeming Explosion and Mass Condemning Explosion were not applying Necrofire as intended.
  • Fixed an issue where Condeming Explosion and Mass Condemning Explosion were not incrementing Scorch stacks when used on a corpse.

Balance Improvements:
  • Phoenixian Ashes may no longer be self-cast. This is because the resurrection effect cannot apply when the character dies, causing the game to crash.
  • Reduced the health bloat on Conjure Flame Elemental, making it more in line with other Summons.

Other Improvements:
  • Throw Explosive Trap's tooltip now refers to a single trap, rather than multiple traps.

Update: Mar 17, 2020 @ 10:31am

Version 1.3.1.1
Minor bugfix to Explosive and Mass Explosive Traps.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where Explosive Trap and Mass Explosive Traps were not applying the Snared status.

Update: Oct 1, 2019 @ 12:28pm

Version 1.3.1
Update to facilitate the new Vendor Toggle feature added to OdinCore v1.2.0. Various other minor improvements and fixes.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE V1.2.0 OF ODINCORE OR LATER BY CHECKING THE MODS MENU

Bug Fixes:

  • Resolved an issue where Purifying Flame was not correctly cleansing negative statuses.

Balance Improvements:
  • Increased damage multiplier of Throw Explosive Trap from 150 to 170.

Other Improvements:
  • Added new visuals for Scorch stacks to differentiate them with Burning.
  • Basegame Pyrokinetic vendors now stock the new non-crafted skillbooks and weapons.

Update: Aug 23, 2019 @ 12:55am

Version 1.3.0.2
Left in some experimental damage changes to Scorch stacks - whoopsie!

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where Scorch damage was incorrect.

Update: Aug 22, 2019 @ 5:52am

Version 1.3.0.1
Tooltip update for Exquisite Firecraft.

Bug Fixes:

  • Updated the tooltip of Exquisite Firecraft to reflect its partial revert.

Update: Aug 22, 2019 @ 5:13am

Version 1.3.0
Balance patch aimed at reigning-in some of the more cost-effective skills, notably those which cost 1AP. Exquisite Firecraft (Flaming Tongues) reverted to its original design with some improvements for usability. Implemented a level curve for vendor weapons.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where certain weapon skills were not applying the Warm status when using Firebrand. Shoutout to Zerd for their continued assistance and awesomeness.
  • Fixed an issue where certain skills would cause Firebrand hits to apply Burning instead of Warm.
  • Fixed an issue where Firebrand was granting the buff to nearby allies instead of just the caster.

Balance Improvements:
  • Exquisite Firecraft has been partially reverted:
    • Reverted the skill to provide the active defense status which damages approaching enemies.
    • Increased radius of status effect from 3m (basegame) to 5m.
    • Damage from the status increments Scorch.
    • Damage from the status no longer creates a fire surface, but will still ignite susceptible surfaces.
    • Reduced damage multiplier from 100 (basegame) to 90.
  • Reduced area radius of Ember Shower from 10 to 6, making it significantly easier to dictate exactly where flames will rain.
  • Reduced fire surface capacity on Ember Shower from 250 to 175, better matching the new area radius.
  • Increased cost of Deploy Explosive Trap from 1AP to 2AP.
  • Increased cost of Deploy Mass Explosive Traps from 2AP to 3AP.
  • Increased cost of Sabotage from 1AP to 2AP.
  • Increased damage multiplier of Sabotage from 60 to 75.
  • Increased cooldown of Magma Geyser from 2 to 3 turns.
  • Increased cost of Will of the Phoenix from 2AP to 3AP.
  • Increased cost of Phoenixian Ashes from 2AP to 3AP.
  • Increased cost of Flaming Crescendo from 1AP to 2AP.
  • Increased cooldown of Spontaneous Combustion from 3 to 4 turns.
  • Vendor weapons now use a level curve:
    • Uncommon: Lvl 4+
    • Rare: Lvl 9+
    • Epic/Legendary: Lvl 13+

Other Improvements:
  • Improved tooltips for Sparkstriker and Sparkmaster by adding their damage numbers.
