- manningPawnShootingAccuracyOffsetBonus in CompProperties_Upgradable renamed to manningPawnShootingAccuracyOffset, which now overwrites the value defined in TurretFrameworkExtension

- Manned turrets now use the manning pawn's stats by default instead of needing patching
- Improved hauling behaviour for upgrading turrets
- Refactored the Upgrades readout on turret info cards to be cleaner overall
- Added the ability to set limited firing arcs for turrets. Defaults to 360 degrees (vanilla behaviour)
- Added the ability to set if turrets are affected by EMPs. Defaults to true (vanilla behaviour)
- If a turret is manned, the AI will now target the manning pawn instead of the turret
- Bug fix: Drafted pawns face the correct direction when manning turrets
- Bug fix: Sieging raiders won't stuff just anything that can be used as a shell into their mortars
- Bug fix: Warmup and cooldown times on turrets may be reported incorrectly
- Removed legacy variables from CompProperties_Upgradable
