Changes / Balance:
- Disabled the Squaddie perks Flashbanger and Smoker for the time being (until I figure out why they don't play nice with certain Grenadier perks).
- Light 'Em Up is now mutually exclusive with Follow-Up.

Fixes:
- Made the mod compatible with the newest update to the main RPGO mod which now has a bunch of new Squaddie perks. Check out the RPGO change log to find out more.
- Most of the balance adjustments in this mod are now integrated in the main mod as well.

Changes / Balance:
- Bullseye's damage bonus was increased to make it more desirable in the early game despite its high aim penalty.
- Locked On and Hunter's Instincts switched positions.

Fixes:
- Hard Target was removed from the pool of Squaddie perks because it is now part of the Infiltrator specialization in another plugin mod for RPG Overhaul.
- Added weapon restrictions to the localizations of Light 'Em Up, Area Suppression and Run and Gun. Also made them nice and red so you can't miss 'em!
- For users of the Valkyrie class plugin, the Valkyrie perk is now mutually exclusive with Run and Gun again.
- This mod may have caused the recent changes to AP costs in the main RPG Overhaul mod to not function correctly. This has been fixed.

Changes / Balance:
- The mod's preview image is now 45% prettier.
- Protector and Full Kit now both provide 2 additional charges instead of 1 so they aren't strictly worse than Heavy Ordnance and Quartermaster anymore. This is a temporary solution. I will try to come up with and implement custom perks for the Support specialization. To make this a bit more balanced, Full Kit is now a Brigadier Rank perk and Ghost Grenade is available at Colonel. Full Kit now also requires Protector to avoid it being a direct buff for offensive Grenadiers.
- Protector now works with Ghost Grenade.

Fixes:
- Light 'Em Up's perk description now lists its weapon category restrictions.

Changes / Balance:
- Light Em Up can no longer be used with cannons. If you don't like this, open this mod's XCOMRPG.ini with Notepad++ and delete lines 43 and 44.
- Since the Rifleman's Precision Shot is available fairly late, it has been buffed slightly and now grants 40% crit chance instead of 30%.
- The Formidable perk was slightly buffed to make it more competetive at the rank it's available.
- The Mayhem and Danger Zone perks now both require Area Suppression (but not each other).
- Killer Instinct and Extra Conditioning now both require Run & Gun and Extra Conditioning requires Killer Instinct.
- Follow-Up now requires Executioner.

Fixes:
- Some people had problems with the part of this mod that reordered the specializations. Since with RPGO there's a lot of scrolling anyway, I have decided to remove this part. So from now on, you will find the specializations added by this mod below the original ones or below the SpecOps and Samurai rows if you have those mods installed. To update your soldiers, please use the command RebuildSelectedSoldiersClass from shiremct's mod [WOTC] Additional Soldier Console Commands.
- Follow-Up now works with sniper rifles (thanks Favid)
- Run & Gun is mutually exclusive with Light Em Up again
- Fixed the LW2 Perk Pack changing the AP cost for Brigadier Rank perks to 16. It's now 50 again.
