- Blindside: Soldier gets +10 aim against flanked targets.
- Coward: While injured, this soldier has -10 aim and -10 will but +5 mobility and +10 defense.
- Mithridatist: Through gradual self-administration of non-lethal doses, this soldier has become immune to poison.
- Fire Dancer: A former dancer in a fire performance group, this soldier is immune to fire.
- Choleric: Being wounded fills this soldier with rage and gives them bonuses in combat. +3 mobility and +15 critical chance when wounded.
- Team Player: Gain +2 aim for every ally in sight up to a maximum of +12 aim.
- Athlete: While physically in peak condition, this soldier's skill with weapons is lacking. Gain +3 mobility, +15 dodge, -5 aim, -10 critical chance.
- Nerd: While of frail constitution, this soldier is skilled with weapons and technology. Gain +1 ranged weapon damage, +35 hacking stat, -2 HP, +3 melee damage received.
- Brute: This soldier's stature makes them more resilient but less maneuverable. Gain +2 armor and resistance to melee attacks at the cost of -2 mobility, -10 aim.
- Bloodlust: Killing an enemy makes this soldier see red and gives them a hunger for more alien blood. Gain +1 mobility and +10 critical chance for 3 turns after a kill. This effect can stack.
- Gun Nut: An expert at handling guns but negligent when it comes to their own safety. +20% damage and +10 aim when using ranged weaponry, -15 defense.
- Student of the Blade: Master swordsman whose ramblings tend to distract his squad mates. +1/2/3 damage and +10 critical chance on melee attacks. -10 aim and will for all allies within 8 tiles.
- Human Biologist: This soldier's knowledge of the human body allows them to deliver lethal strikes with any weapon. Gain +10 critical chance and +1/2/3 critical damage against humanoid targets.

Changes:
- The Long War 2 perk Protector was removed from the Support specialization - it was pretty much the same thing as Heavy Ordnance anyway. It was replaced by a new perk called Flashout which was inspired by the Smoke and Mirrors perk from Shadow Ops. It grants the soldier +1 flashbang per equipped flashbang and makes throwing flashbangs not end the turn.

New perks will only appear on newly promoted or retrained/rebuilt soldiers.

Changes:
- Readded the Long War 2 perks Smoker and Flashbanger to the squaddie perk pool. The bug that prevented them from working correctly with grenade launchers should be fixed now (thanks Musashi!)

Opdatering: 27. nov. 2018 kl. 17:20

- reactivated (and hopefully fixed) Nimble Hands. Might require a rebuild of the affected soldier(s).

Opdatering: 27. nov. 2018 kl. 16:06

- deactivated Nimble Hands for now until I figure out why it doesn't work reliably.

Opdatering: 22. nov. 2018 kl. 18:02

- Fixed a typo that prevented soldiers from getting squaddie perks.

Changes
- Adjusted the squaddie perk decks to include the new Synthetic Genes perk from RPG Overhaul's latest update
- Changed several perk costs which is now possible on an individual perk basis thanks to RPG Overhaul's update. This should make weaker perks more viable and stronger perks more difficult to get. If you have any feedback regarding the perk costs, please leave it in the Balance Discussion thread.
- Trial By Fire was nerfed to cap at 90 aim/will instead of 100.

Opdatering: 19. nov. 2018 kl. 15:46

Changes:
- Added 2 new squaddie perks: Nimble Hands and Trial By Fire from DerBK's A Better Barracks.

Opdatering: 7. nov. 2018 kl. 16:11

Changes
- Fixed a tiny typo in the configs.

Opdatering: 7. nov. 2018 kl. 2:37

Changes:
- The special shots in this mod are now useable with RPG Overhaul's version of Light Em Up.
- Some minor config fixes, hoping this prevents a bug from appearing, where the LW2 classes still show up.
