Rebalance to Repeatable Technologies:
Jobs
  • Job/Pop techs split into separate techs for each job.
  • Basic jobs (farming/mining/technician/soldier/maintenance) give 1 job/50 pops
  • Specialists jobs (Metallurgist/Fabricator/Researcher) give 1 job/100 pops
  • Maximum of 5 levels in any single job tech. Maximum of 10 job techs total. (So max of 1-2 jobs per 10 pops)
  • Only one job tech will appear as an option at once, will not clog your tech screen

Balance Tweaks

  • Alloy repeatable reduced to +3%, capped at 15%
  • Disengage Chance reduced to +5%, capped at 25%
  • Sublight Speed reduced to +5%, capped at 25%
  • Ship Maintenance reduced to -5%, capped at 25%
  • Tracking reduced to +2, max +10
  • Fire Rate reduced to +2%
  • Combat Disparity bonus reduced to +5%, capped at 25%
  • Collateral Damage reduction reduced to -5%, capped at -50%

Fixed. Apparently I had accidentally set the english loc file to Russian, which made all text disappear in English.
