MEC Trooper poses should now have localized names in the Photobooth.

MEC heavy weapons should now work properly with their bits.

Added different names for the MEC Trooper variations, so it's easier to tell who has what on general screens (or when making custom skirmishes with mods).

Body Shield should now:

1) No longer play an animation every time it activates.

2) No longer trigger for every single tile that a unit moves for. Instead, that trigger now activates when a unit finishes moving.

Brutalize Protocol and its panic effect now no longer works on certain powerful enemies.

Self Defence Protocol should now properly recognize that it's a fist attack, not a gun attack.

Body Shield should hopefully maybe kinda work this time. This time I realized whether to use GetUnitAffectedByEffectState or GetUnitApplyingEffectState and even left in comments to make sure future me would know which function to use as well.

Body Shield should be better at keeping itself to one instance only.

Added base augments as underlays for MEC Troopers. New MEC troopers will automatically have them, older ones will need the use of the FixMecUnderlays command.

Attempt at fixing why MEC Troopers sometimes don't use the right animations on the Avenger.

Made some localization changes to make what some abilites do more clearer.

Rainmaker now properly works for mec heavy weapons.

Added fix for MEC troopers using wrong level of cosmetics when first created depending on how far in the game the player is. Won't work retroactively.
