Hopefully fixed some bugs. If you change the mod settings mid game you'll now have to save and reload for the settings to take effect.

Fixed a little annoyance where the lights would be drawn on top of colonists, and added the steel cost to the settings menu.

Trying to kill a bug that doesn't respect your light radius setting on game start.

A few small bug fixes, and one major bug fix involving abandoned maps. The mod settings were reset to default due to some changes I made. Should only happen this once. But it's not like those 3 settings are a huge burden to change again, but still I'm sorry.
