Phanon Corps

- Fixes more localisation problems.

Phanon Corps

- More Phanon Techs have added, allowing construction of Phanon Ships.

- Phanon Techs and Components are now much more expensive.

- Droppoint Zone now have tougher garrisons.

- Buffs the Droppoint Resources.

- The minimum amount of stellarite required to spawn Stellarwyrm has been increased to 50,000.

- Stellarwyrm's base evasion is reduced to 5.

- Removes all collateral damages from all fractured lifeform's armies, so the only one who can blow up the planet/kill the pops is your own army's righteous fury.

- Reduces scaling difficulty from Stellar Monsters to only 20% of standard scale.

- AIYAHHHHHHH

- Updated mod to 2.8, may still have lingering issues.

- Greatly reduces the amount of ships in the Phanon Corps Droppoint System.

- Colonies that have been overran by Void Lifeforms will be destroyed after certain periods of times have passed (and resets all armies)

- Spawn delay for all lifeforms have been doubled, and further increased if the planet is already occupied.

######### FIXES

- Fixes bugs where some armies don't cost anything.

- Tomb worlds can now be blown up by bombardment stances.

######### BALANCES

- Ethics and Ascension Armies have massively increased morale. They now require military fortress buildings to be trained.

- Heroic armies have their costs and morale removed, leaving only the influence and cool down. They now require ascension pop buildings to be trained.

- Adjusts economy a bit more.

######### PRECURSOR #

- Precursor Pylons and Repellers have their timed life doubled, cost less and can now be built using normal construction ships, but will have very low lifespan.

- Increases build time and costs of Precursor Starbases.

- Herculean resource production has been adjusted based on its tier.


######### PHANON

- Reduces the amount of Phanon Garrison Forces.

- Reduces evasion of Star Dominator II.

- Phanon armies can now only be recruited from the Vault.
