The Ranged Shield Belt class no longer inherits from ShieldBelt, which should improve mod compatibility. As a consequence, the mod no longer uses Harmony.

Added German translation by Trunken.

Added a unique ApparelTag (RangedShieldBelt) to Ranged Shield Belts so PawnKinds can be set to use them without risking a normal shield belt being chosen. No such PawnKinds have been set up to do this yet, but I'm working on a mod which'll use it.
