[WotC] Richards Weapon Pack [Old, Unsupported]

Increased Damage on all Swords by +1 (Combat Sword, Combat Blade, Hunters Axe and Katana)
-This is to balance them agaisnt the LW combat knife and vanilla shotgun

Increased SMG Mobility bonus to +4
-This should make it more viable now, I found the carbine was generally better but the +4 is more tempting now

*Update*
Some balance changes and slight reworks to the weapons.

-Auto Shotgun
Damage changed to 3-5 / 4-6 / 5-7.
Ammo capacity changed to 5.
Now uses Shotgun Model (for now).
Can be fired for a single action, allowing multiple shots to be taken in a turn.
Increased the range penalty slightly.

-DMR
Mobility increased to +2.
Now uses the Reaper Vektor Rifle Model (for now).
Removed Snapshot for now, it's still in the code but I felt it was too much of a penalty.

-Hunting Shotgun
Uses Shotgun Model (for now). So no more Alien Hunters dependancy.

-SAW
Mobility increased to +2.

*Update*
Added Carbine Rifle and made some balance changes.

-Auto Shotgun
Now deals 3-7 damage, makes it more riskier to use, especially as you need to be quite close.

-Battle Rfile
Changed the range table a little bit, now incurs aim penalty at close range (making smgs, assault rifles and carbines better) but dominates at mid-long range gaining a +18% bonus (max).

-Carbine Rifle (New)
Deals 2-4 damage, Clip Size is 3, Offers +1 Mobility and +5% Aim
Serves at medium range, trades 1 point of damage for +5 aim (against assault rifles).
Damage is on par with LW SMG but doesn't offer as much mobility or the concealment bonus.

-Hunting Shotgun
Now deals 3-5 damage, seems fair as its range is a bit op for 4-6.

-Machine Pistol
Reduced clip size to 2, this should make the LW SMG more viable and single action fire from this weapon less OP.
