-Modified the map/provinces and states to make the post-WWI Belarusian borders (this is for future Belarus-Ukraine Independance event)

-Fixed an idea glitch
-Added Don Republic and Kuban People's Republic and their respective uprising
-Countries that declare independance during the civil gets some troops
-Rebalanced the civil war because being one sided toward the neutral one

Fixed the navy issue due to the Man the Guns Update

-Updated the mod to make it compatible with the newer HOI4 update (1.6.0).
-Now the caucasian and turkic uprising are actual countries, but they will join your faction(if you want to add them to your faction).
-Now it renames your faction "White Movement" and is not anymore called the "Commintern"
-Mongolia and Tannu-Tuva leave your faction automaticly
-Your faction (White Movement) is entirely dismantle after the civil war.

-the Non-aligned side become green and the communist one become light-red(not a random civil war color)
-To change ideology(becoming Democratic, Fascist or Non-Aligned) you need to do and win the civil war.
-Modify the "Under New Leadership" event to gives the choice for the return of Kerensky(Democratic), becoming Fascist and keep being Non-Aligned
-Add the possibility to rename Leningrad and Stalingrad
-Add the possibility to move the capital to Petrograd(formely Leningrad)
