Removal of the Blackpoint and Whitepoint values the original EE was using for the contrast shader.

Since these values were removed from the engine in the 8193.14 development patch, the shader was using numbers that didn't exist, and therefore broke, causing the screen to fail rendering, and revealing the base fog color behind the game.

Removing the values changes the color somewhat, but the black and white point values were fairly close to real black and real white, so, the change is not very noticeable, and, without them it now works in 8193.14.
