Added new portrait pack for East African Faces, updated Chinese Faces portrait pack with Tibetan faces for northern indigenous groups

Made several changes to HCC, including a new flag and new vassal merc company.

Reworked Atomicism - revival mechanic removed, holy sites changes, religious branches and spiritual enlightenment event chain added

Rust Cultists reworked - 5 new holy orders, religious head exists at the start and has a long history

Fourth Crusade adjusted to target the US South instead of the Maritimes

Major South America rework - 90% of all characters on the continent have been changed, new extensive title histories have been included, Gracia Divina religion replaced with new Patria Grande religion (Cult of Saints group), new pagan religion added in the Llanos (Aria de Machete)

Maya religion reworked - Uahomche has been renamed to Qabantajik, Qabantajik now has a religious head and religious branch traits. Neomayans can select a personal god. Both Mayan religions can use bloodletting rituals as an analogue for coronation. New history for the region as well

Norse religion overhauled with new icon, god names, and religious description

New histories added to the Midwest. Upland South, and Caribbean regions

More than 10 new religious icons for both vanilla and mod-exclusive religions

New Cetic pilgrimage system - visits to the imperial court have been secularized. Cetic rulers can now go on pilgrimage to Cetic holy places.

New Cetic collapse mechanic that takes effect if the Californian Empire is destroyed

Ruina Imperii event reworked - it now applies to non-titular empires, but the conditions have also been made slightly stricter

New Traditionalist heresy (Transcendentalism) and more features added to Qingzhen

Expanded California history, including more pre-Elton rulers

Numerous other minor changes and bugfixes

Fixed issue that prevented Muslims from inducting people into secret religious societies
Adjusted localization for cultural retinues
Allowed Muslims to build universities again
Fixed bug that would cause the game to crash if you sent your court chaplain to investigate an atomicist revival
Adjusted dignity values for religious head titles to prevent weird primary title issues
Fixed issue that could potentially cause boats to teleport to the Pacific while sailing up the Mississippi
Fixed repeated event ID that would cause duel events to pop up at inappropriate times

Adjusted how imperial claim wars work, hopefully the war should fire properly now
Fixed issue where certain bloodline events would not fire
Tried to fix issue where reformed pagan god names become one long string
Adjusted geographical regions to reflect changes to de jure map
Fixed issue where the Brazilian Emperor could like/dislike nothing
Made the conversion/fealty mechanic for the Renovator less confusing and more intuitive
Prevented d_estrie from turning feudal on succession
Prevented a player renovator and an AI renovator from coexisting
Added Cavalier (Trailwalker crusade trait) to the crusade trait trigger (prevents same event from firing all the time)
Changed trigger province for Saint Expedit from New Orleans to Lafayette
Allowed non-pagan reformable religions to trigger the age of Great Holy Wars
Gave Zak and his siblings the Fair trait (requires new game)
Made sure that forming New California does not give you claims on merc companies
Allowed colonial governments to freely revoke from literally all non-colonial governments
Added additional requirement to e_fourcorners so that it doesn't automatically collapse upon creation
Made double sure that Anglicans will receive a religious branch trait either on creation or within a year afterwards
Fixed small issue with warrior lodges
Added graphics strip to the Cathedral wonder to prevent it from displaying weirdly
Allowed people to convert to Amero-Syncretic and Reformed Pagan religions from their spouses
Made sure that non-Christians on Crusade don't claim to be on Crusade
Removed the image of the Pope from the Reconquista activation event (this wasn't strictly necessary but it caused a lot of confusion)
Made sure event for sending child to Gaian holy order works correctly
Removed the Sunni trait from some Falling Star characters
Removed inappropriate parents from an easter egg courtier
Allowed people to migrate to Tampa when they live in Tampa so the monastic order mission can be completed
Fixed issue where decision to change Traditionalist branch did not appear
