-Nerfed UA combat bonus to +10%
-Nerfed Seneca combat bonus to only apply when fighting in friendly territory in addition to your unit being in Sencan territory
-Onondaga's WLKTDs no longer stack with WLTKDs already in progress
-Limited Defence that can be generated by Oneida Nation cities
*Notification about a newly founded City's Nation now provides more information about said Nation

*Fixed issue with Decisions
+Added support for Suk's Events, as well as the CP's. If you have both enabled you'll receive two popups, but the effect will only be applied once.
