Forced Ultra+ terrain detail level is even more detailed.
Optimized, less jagged shadows.
Some slider limits adjusted.

Forced Ultra+ terrain activates now also in the editor.
Shadows even a little more ultra.
Disappearing particles fixed by replacing the vanilla highest setting with Ultra+.
Added a EVS Ultra preset for a single-click FPS killer.
Removed non-functional settings for HDR and anisotropic filtering.
Clouds even more heavenly. (Possibly)
Added Super Low terrain detail.
Multiplayer signed.
