Updated everything to work on 1.1 as far as loading the game and creating a new colony (still tracking down and fixing any gameplay issues)

Fixed issue w/ wildflower and superbloom labels. Fixed snailhead coverage warning.

1.1 only: Made swimming optional (look under settings).
As of now, I'm fixing any "def" or translation issues for 1.0, but for scripts I'm doing only 1.1

Making dirt paths take longer to form, disappear faster, added config option to disable them (only for dirt and sand paths!)

Bugs/Quality of Life:
Fixed missing smoothing information on basalt rock
Fixed missing forage information in biomes
Fixed spring water waking people up way too much
Fixed sand path and dirt path costs
Fixed dup plants in patch that were preventing biomes (oasis, probably desert) from loading
Fixed issue where allowPawnsToGetWet setting was saving wrong
Fixed bug where lava eruptions were only happening if the setting was off (and by extension, the bug where lava eruptions weren't happening)

Improvements/Additions:
Can build bridges on spring water, river deposits.
Organized floors for future updates.
Removed paths from building menu

Bugs/Quality of life improvements:
Fixed river deposits spawning with plant wetness level at near drought, and adding spawns for water/beach plants, fixing spawns for salt and barnacles
Made drowning kill more slowly
Reworked plant soil wetness, added humidity as a factor and gave biomes a "starting wetness" to prevent plants turning brown the first year in biomes where the rainy season is in winter.
Fixed missing notices on drought and blooms
Made wild plants that are harvestable selectable
Fixed missing brambles texture
Fix for soils under floors not updating after floor is removed
Fixed bug where drowning hediff wasn't coming off pawns
Fix for plants never spawning on beach/river deposits

Improvements/Additions:
Added weather changes based on quadrant for ares in permanent summer/winter.
Improved turtle texture
Made several biome's seasonal weathers more different, to really push the idea of a rainy/dry season

Working on keep animals out of deep water/lava
Working on preventing people from entering/leaving the map over deep water/lava
Working on preventing drop pods for people/items from landing on deep water/lava
