  • Chinese United Front should now form before Japan attacks.

Patch notes for mod version 2.1.5:

Balance:
  • Rebalanced starting units of all countries. The equipment used should remain almost exactly the same. This should lead to improved performance, especially in the early game.
  • Nerfed Generic National Focus tree. Removed 2 Civilian Factories, 1 Dockyard and 2 Infrastructure.
  • Colony states no longer have reduced number of building slots (to match occupied/cores).

AI:
  • Fixed some issues with Soviet AI caused by Soviets using generic strategy in addition to their own.
  • Made AI more agressive, to prevent AI from continously training more divisions while at war (will instead spend equipment on attacking). AI is more agressive than Vanilla while it has equipment, but quite a bit less agressive than Vanilla when the equipment level drops below 80% (prevents AI from suiciding equipment/manpower like crazy).
  • Improvements to help AI properly update templates of divisions already in the field.
