attempting to fix an issue I am experiencing of the audio 'dropping out' during firefights.

Vast coding changes have been made, such as consolidating all weapon configs into a single pbo, neatening the mod structure to make further developments much easier.
Replaced bullet glass hits.
Tweaked Reflection volumes and distances.
Beefed up most closure type sounds.
Made new bulletflyby sounds.
Reworked the SD distant shots.

Probably a bunch of other things I fixed or made changes but forgot about.

fixed a bunch of stuff that Contact had broke

replaced East forest walking footsteps

still tweaking everything to do with reflections

added icons for the mod and subsequent replacement mods

tweaked values for reflections, distant shots and explosions

known issue(s): done my best to change the sounds of clusterbomb explosions but cant for the life of me change the bloody things, so far anyway.

changed P90 sounds

fixed issues with most SMG's not having 3rd person sounds (Vermin, Protector, etc.)

fixed bombs being no longer selectable due to an obsolete classname (Thx BIS!)
rebalancing the levels of mortar impacts, 50cal firing, tank cannon firing.

fixed p90 sounds
