Reverted max religions to 16 (it will not longer attempt to choose based on the predefined "max players" for the map size).

Hotfix for compatibility with base game.

The number of Great Prophets available in a game will now match the default number of civs for the chosen map size.

The Founder beliefs that provide yields around Holy Sites will now correctly apply to unique Holy Site districts including the Lavra and any modded ones.

Messenger God now correct provides a Trader unit in the capital city only.
