Okay guys, I know this one has been around a while but I finally fixed the glitch with Books of Nagash for Tomb Kings on the vortex campaign. (I just ran into it this morning)
So that works fine now.

Rewrote Chaos Invasion Script
-*Should* function smoother now, also hordes will now correctly spawn with the proper Ultimate Chaos buildings allowing them to rebuild thier hordes properly on the fly.
-Spawned Buildings are now split between mid and late game invasions with the End Times invasion having access to more powerful units.
**Note This new script will make invasions tougher, as they can recruit more of the more powerful UC units into thier hordes..so the world could burn quite fast.

Pleasure Cannons are no longer unbreakable.

Numerous bug fixes/General Improvements
Restructuring of the database for more effciency
Artillery Batteries are easier to disable now.

Increased number of men for Chosen Swordmasters, Exalted Knights & Khorne Skulltakers.
Addressed a targetting issue with Blue fire of Tzeentch.
Addressed a targettting issue with Infernal Gateway.
Fixed Devoted to Slaanesh not reducing upkeep on Slaanesh units.
Fixed an issue with Favoured of Nurgle not properly giving Horde Replenishment.
Fixed an issue with "Corruption" skill requiring level 20.
Added Immortality to all heroes and wizards for Chaos.

Minor chaos tweaks to bring it inline with TK changes.
Added Tomb Kings Chariots #4 building that adds Screaming Skull Catapult Batteries.
Added Screaming Skull Batteries to custom battles for TK factions.

CHANGES:
The Starting Units mod no longer changes horde buildings. (Dosnt work in Warhammer 2)
The Starting Units mod now changes Faction bonuses for the three leaders.
Merged foundation faction traits into the Ultimate Chaos ones.
Reverted the Norscan Maurader chain to default, elminating the can't upgrade visual bug.
Norscan tribes can now recruit Afflitced, Norse Huskarls, Chaos Bolt throwers and Fallen knights.
Chaos Bolt Throwers are now recruited from chaos cult building chain 3.
New hordes now start with mauraders chain 1 as well as cultist chain 1.
main and mauader buildings chains fixed for wh2. (No more visual upgrading bug)
Chaos cultists (all types) upkeep reduced.
Increased stream of corruption unit ability cooldown.
AI will now correcly build and upgrade chaos cult chains and altar chains.
Fixed an issue preventing targetting spells from flying mounts.
Adjusted maximum drag width for units.
Increased jump chance for flesh hounds
Adjusted unit grouping for AI Recruitment.
Fixed attrition effects for Ultimate Chaos units. (They no longer suffer attrition in frozen lands etc)
Norscan factions can now have access to fallen, huskarls & chaos bolt throwers in rebellions.
Removed Spears class to suit wh2
Cult polearms now correctly have charge reflector.
Plague Reapers no longer have charge reflector.
Fallen knights no longer cause fear.
Fixed hiding scaler on pink horrors
Fixed capture power on characters riding monsters.
