Adjusted Slicing Shards of Slaanesh, now has lower cost and is more effective.
Great Unclean ones can now summon Nurglings.

New lord recreuitment screen, broken down into nice categories. (Thanks CA!)
Exhalted Daemon Lords now start with all chaos mark skills unlocked.
New method of recruiting Exhalted Greater Daemons - Now You are limited to only one of each type of Daemon lord, they are unlocked via techs at the end of the god specific trees. The Greater Daemon lords are now unique characters.

Greater Daemons (all types) now limited to a maximum of one each and are unlocked via technology.
Norsca can now recruit Chaos bolt throwers and bolthrower batteries from the smithy chain.
Oh I almost forgot! NURGLINGS!!

CHANGES:
Reworked chaos marks and some character skills to use less skill points and be more streamlined.
Spell skills have been re-jigged to use less skill points and the values averaged better.
*These changes means I no longer recommend using ANY skill point mod with this as its simply no longer needed.

Sorceror Chaos Marks no longer reduce your spell miscast chances.
Horde buildings levels 5 & 6 no longer tech locked.
Most Chaos techs have been tweaked or adjusting, generally resulting in less bonuses.
Adjusted some units attack and defense values.
Keeper of Secrets will now join the slaanesh army for the final norsca challenger battle on slaanesh chain.
Greater Daemon lords will no longer have the 'hearts of iron' skill.
Exhalted Lords of change now have 'Greater Arcane Conduit'
Numerous fixes to missing sound or graphic refernces
Fixed Tzeentch lord not having Rivalry of the Gods.

Slaaneshi rebalance:
'ignore pain' no longer has fire weaknesss
intox and allure's aura effects both reduced.
'Delightful Pain' only recharges in melee now.
'Delightful Pain' no longer boosts melee defence
Reduced 'Delightful Pain' duration
Spasm's duration reduced, now freezes enemies in place.
