I'm getting mixed comments from the community. While I didn't have time to verify people running the latest version, I can't take the chance that servers are broken.

Fixes/Changes
- Stormfox now names untagged light_environment map-entities. Keeping them in lua-memory. Doublecheck maps that had the entity missing.
- Fixed the moon ignoring moon-data.
- Added 3D skybox description and requirement for better dynamiclight.
- Remade dynamiclight and added a clientside-slider for dynamiclight amount.
- Made RedownloadAllLightmaps only trigger when the server changed the maplight, and when the player is standing still.
- Added HUD menu to context menu.
- HUD menu will no longer interrupt you when typing C into the chat.
- Made material-scanner faster and more client friendly.
- Added a map-settings menu. These settings can differ from map to map. (Light- and temperature range, max windspeed .. ect).
- Made the map-browser display unscanned entities.
- Removed sf_disable_autoweather_cold, sf_sv_material_replacment and sf_replacment_dirtgrassonly as it’s in the new map-settings.
- Fixed bugs and added a lot of tweaks.

Fixes/Changes
- Added sf_setweather
- Rewrote the way SF caches map-textures. Much faster and requires only the map to be scanned once.
- Changed the behavior of dynamiclight and tweaked the light a bit.
- Added sf_map_change (Along with a new CAMI-permission "StormFox Changemap")
- Added a mapbrowser.
- Added sf_disblemapbrowser (Disables sf_map_change)
- SF now saves map-data and displays compatiblity in the new map-browser.
- Fixed people taking damage in vehicles when it's windy.
- Fixed dynamiclight glitching on 2D skybox maps.

Fixes/Changes:
- Fixed the HUD-menu not being smooth when changing variables.
- Made the wind go up to 33m/s (Hurricane force).
- Fixed moon glitching out at 00:00 (12:00 am).
- Fixed sf_disable_mapbloom being ignored in the server-settings.
- Lowered the time between thunder and lightning strikes.
- Fixed lightning bolts not working on some maps.
- Fixed props looping sounds when they're about to break.

New features:
- Lightning bolts now do AOE damage in water (Only entities that are in water).
- Added support for logic_relay's named "dusk" (or "night_events") and "dawn" (or "day_events"). For maps like Industrial17 and Evocity.
- Added some logic behind the list of light_spot's, that should be turned on/off.
