Update

  • Minor fix for Chronos, now they'll take half incoming damage.
  • Updated some Chronos and Cursed to not give any vanilla unfertilized eggs.
  • Major update on Gaia Spyglass, inspired by Awesome Spyglass. Will now be activated and stay on your hud until deactivated. No more hauling in and out the actual spyglass. Also added preferred food to the widget and a GPS(thanks to @ShadowX).
  • Added Simbakubwa to natively spawn on Valguero, Extinction, Ragnarök, Tartarus & Olympus custom spawncontainers.
  • Disabled Gaia Pickup Relic on Dreadful RockDrake & Draaxonix Saber.
  • Added CZS Brazil flag.
  • Updated craftcost on Gaia Shrinker, so it can be obtained on all maps.
  • Updated craftcost for Gaia Manta Token.
  • Added NeoCrypter Flag.
  • Updated craftcost for Unstable Element in Gaia AB/SE/EX Crafter.
  • Added Demon Wyvern - Slightly more powerful than the demonic tier, Only spawns during the night to hunt for his prey.
  • Added Angel Phoenix - Spawns in the snow shining her bright light of hope, She will heal all those friends around you (Press Q)

  • Revamp of Gaia Pikes. Increased durability and dmg output. Visual revamp. renamed to spears.
  • Fixed Chrono Rex wild attackstate.
  • Added Gaia Glider Wingsuit. Will let you fly forever and wont drain durability to the attached chestpiece.
  • Added Gaia Bone Sickle. Same as vanilla sickle but can be learned at level 15 and requires no metal to craft.
  • Revamp of Tree of Life "craft" logic, it will now produce one of each resources instead of vanilla stacks. One cycle is now 60 seconds instead of 10 minutes. Old ini for ProdRate is removed, new ini config,

  • Fixed so King Kai can only be ridden by the tribe who "tamed" it.
  • Fixed Dreadful Parasaur and MicroRaptor egg texture icon and dropped mesh.
  • Rebuilt Heavenly Megalania to match WC's signature change. You should wipe your old ones before this patch.
  • Fixed Bohldohr minion not taking damage.
  • Updated Bohldohr to be able to take regular torpor and raid torpor.
  • Fixed Chrono Lizard harvesting.
  • Updated Aether Guardian Helmet to prevent both types of radiation.
  • Updated Gaia Bunny to not lay fertilized eggs while in stasis.
  • Removed Mega Mek from spawning from Metal Spawner and Gaia Bunny.
  • Removed Fizz Sheep from Special Summon Elixir array.

I'd like to thank everyone that took their time to support Gaia in the recent ARK Modding Contest. It meant alot to get all the support from you users, hearing streamers saying good things about it, seeing discord-owners promote it etc. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

With that said, maintaining such a large mod takes up alot of time. Carrying it alone has prooven to.. eat up all my free time. And I'll soon be forced back to work, meaning I'll will have even less time for doing this. I simply dont have time for developing, bugfixing and enhancing Gaia alone anymore.

Therefore, I've decided that Gaia devteam must expand. Applications for joining is now open. You dont need to have experience using ARK Dev Kit as you will have have skilled people around you that can help. Granted, you need to be tech savvy and be able to communicate in english.   • Added a few more Gaia creatures to Valguero spawners.
  • Added Gaia spawnshield. Will be given to all players upon spawn and lasts 30 seconds. When active, players wont be targeted, have infinite stats, doubled movement speed and disables incoming damage. After shield depletes, all perks go away.

  • Revamp of Gaia Bunny. It can now spawn in fertilized eggs from Dreadful, Divine, Demonic and Heavenly tier. It receives alot more damage so its harder to tame. Its now ignored by all wild creatures and if you kill one, a random Alpha will spawn in nearby. You can also ride it and it sets the rider to hidden. Also minor visual update, coloring, flesh and bloodsplatter.
  • Minor visual update for Guardians in regards of flesh, blood splatter and sound.
  • Fixed missing reference for Guardian Dragon PS.
  • A whole bunch of unlisted minor bugfixes, typos, updated craftcosts, weights etc etc.
  • Added Bohldohr Golem. Tribute creature, really OP. To disable it,

  • Fixed Dreadful Dragon and Bacon Skylord idle flying animation yet again.
  • Added speed to be levelable on Dreadful Deinonychus. Same increase as Raptors. Serverowners should wipe the existing ones or they'll revert to level 1 and gain immortality.

  • Savages now drops loot, GaiaTier1.
  • Updated Special Summon Elixir to have the correct version of Friendly Raptor. Old ones you've got from that elixir will be gone after this patch.
  • Updated material for Gaia Luminescent Pinyon leaves so it wont fade away.
  • Added 12 new creatures, Chrono Kinesis tier. These have x3 stats compared to vanilla and have a special attack that roots creatures in a radius of 15 foundations, both wild and tamed. Cannot breed. Savage health regen. Dont spawn in wild, can only be tamed with Gaia TimeShards. Vanilla saddles.
  • Updated all Savage creatures to spawn a random Chrono tier creature upon death. Also, Savages will now give one Gaia TimeShard upon being killed.
  • Added all Chrono tier creatures to Special summon Elixir.

  • Updated Gaia Vault. Can now pull anything dropped on the ground within its radius. Turn collection on and off in MU.

    GaiaVaultScanTime=X <- X is an absolute number set in seconds. Lowering this value could be taxing on your server. 5 is default.
    GaiaVaultRadius=X <- X is the pickuprange entered in foundations. Standard is 15.
  • Fixed Bacon Skylord C attack - will no longer do an AoE damage effect. Also fixed location and size of particlesystem.
  • Updated craftcost for Bacon Skylord token.
  • Added idle hover animations for Bacon Skylord and Dreadful Dragon.
  • Dreadful Dragons are now the same size as Bacon Skylords and vanilla Argents.
  • Fixed Dreadful Manticores melee swing radius. Also increased projectile speed for C attack.
  • Added DinoEntries+icons for Electric creatures.
  • Fixed typo on Gaia Tranq Spear.
  • Rebuilt Gaia Divine/Dreadful Torches. Added MU entry to turn them on/off and change light color to vanilla.

  • Added Ghastly Gorilla. Same setup as other Ghastlies, will spawn either Alpha Ghastly, Enlightened, Frost, Cursed, Electric or Virulent counterpart upon death.

  • Rebuilt Dino Mindwipe Elixir. Will now work on both dinos and humans, and will reset all harvesting levels on vanilla and Gaia Theriz and Moschops.

  • Updated a few blueprint in the Gaia Crafter so certain stackmods wont break the ability to craft them.
  • Fixed all Savages statcomps so they can level properly.
  • Updated Giga statcomp so that it wont lose health or damage output post tame. Affected creatures are Dreadful Giga, Dreadful Indominus and Halloween Giga. Both wild and tamed ones should be wiped.
  • Updated missing egg textures on Demonic Owl and TBF Owl.
  • Adjusted FPV size of copper, steel and zinc axes.
  • Poison Spear adjustments, dmg dealt base set to 1, doubled the torpor dealt. Increased speed of projectile by 50%, will no longer break. Can be picked up again after being thrown.
  • Added Disorganized Gaia Manta + token.
  • Minor revamp of Dreadful Manticore. Second attack, Poisonsting, will now deal minor amount of damage and poison. Third attack is a fireball that will explode and set things on fire(Dreadful Fire). Slight handling improvement. Updated TPV camera. Removed step damage.
  • Fixed King Kai pooping issue.
  • Updated Gacha and EggNPoop collector to have colored MU entries and more informative desc.
  • Fixed Alpha Ghastly Raptor AI so it'll attack on sight.
  • Added Bacon Skylord Token, which will spawn the Bacon SkyLord,
  • Added Bacon SkyLord. Have 3 passive auras, chilling, frozen and electric. Chilling aura slows creatures around you, if chilling has been active for 5 seconds and the creature are still in range, it will get frozen for 15 seconds. Electric aura will stunlock and force flyers to land. Attack1 deals torpor, attack2, firebreath, slows and attack3 gives a temporary 25% attack boost at the cost of 25% of its current health.

  • A few fixes on Heavenly Gacha. It'll now produce a mixture of vanilla items and Gaia metals. They need to be wiped and retamed yet again for full effect to take place.
  • Updated Max Elixir, will now give your creature max XP possible and if consumed by humans, it'll act as a respec soup.
  • Updated code for Creature Mindwipe. Still does the same thing.
  • Added Sarco saddle to GaiaTier3 lootdrop, previously had old saddle.
  • Added Gaia Sky Pool, will allow you to send back items to the gods, and get resources back. When you get near it, it'll cleanse you from various vanilla and Gaia status effects/buffs. Can be disabled with,

  • Added Savages to Special Summon Elixir.
  • Fixed issue with Milos unable to deal or receive damage.
  • Updated dinosettings to include new kibble system on a couple of creatures that still used old kibbles.

  • Added 4 more flags, Mr Meola, KingDaddy Dmac, Frog Squad & LK.
  • Greatly increased duration of buffs granted from Gaia temporary Elixirs.
