Gigastructural Engineering Version 3.28.2:

- Updated Habitats for 3.9.3. Habitats built before this patch should update if you take down and rebuild an orbital.
- Updated various aspects of Elysium host world capitals to be more in line with newer versions of the game.
- Elysium host worlds will now properly prefer farmers when set to refinery designation with Catalytic Processing.
- Added a whole bunch of Patreon blokkat models.
- Reworked orbital ring strategic resource buildings. Instead of providing +30% of their resource to SR miners, with another negative effect and the risk of causing blockers and devastation, they can now only be built on planets with SR mine deposits, provide +1 job per mine, and boost the corresponding refinery job while adding extra upkeep.
- Added similar orbital ring buildings for Iodizium and Supertensile Materials, which are a little trickier to unlock and use. Discovering how to properly use them is left as an exercise for the player.
- Corrected the economic category of Iodizium Miners to strategic resource miners instead of miners.
- Added annotations to some files which were being falsely marked as errors when merging with Irony Mod Manager, so that it ignores those issues.

Gigastructural Engineering Version 3.28:

Updated for 3.9!

**Frame World Changes**
- The Frame World origin has received a major update, and is now available for nearly all empires, with only a few civics excluded.
- Special mechanics for megacorps, terravores, environmentalists, and oppressive autocracies.
- Additional special mechanics for driven assimilators.
- Assimilation speed modifier and corresponding hidden event added to deal with large populations.
- A Secondary Pop Growth system for empires which don't rely entirely on assembly for growth.
- Planetary Outposts fill the same role as before but are implemented significantly differently. They can now be disabled or destroyed by hostile action like other civilian stations, and no longer rely on a special country type to function properly.
- Altered costs, upkeeps, and effects of Planetary Outposts to be generalised, and vary between empire types. Effects are now applied through a permanent Situation, as this is far more flexible than the previous method. It should also be more obvious what the bonuses are since they're not hidden away in the country modifier menu.
- Megacorps can build Planetary Outposts on branch office worlds, but have halved effect of all Planetary Outposts compared to other empire types to offset.

**General Changes**
- Updated various systems to match new vanilla behaviours added or changed in 3.9.
- Replaced the Bio-trophy and upkeep scaling features on the Frame World and Birch World with a system where various bonuses are scaled with population above 150, such that when reaching 300 pops their effects are halved, 450 means thirding, etc. This affects many important modifiers including bio-trophy job output boosts, enforcer stability, clerk percentage trade, the noxious trait, and more.
- Disabled the Stellar Ring Habitat, as its purpose as a habitat complement is now obsolete. It will return in a different form at a later date. Pouchkinn's ring in Tyaur and the wrecked ones in some of our other systems still exist and are still usable.
- Updated Blokkat portrait graphics to be even fancier.

**Maginot Changes**
- Add new colossi to maginot event
- Update tech weights for maginot techs, ai weights improved
- Note that while the Maginot usually requires the Unyielding tree finished and Galactic Wonders selected, there are now two other options
* You are a Bulwark vassal type, and your overlord has the Maginot tech
* You are a Bulwark vassal type, and a fellow Scholarium subject has the tech
- Maginots do not require the Bulwark tree, and never have.
- Built in forerunner tradition compatibility for Maginot

**Megastructure Changes**
- Stripmine and SUCC updated and remodeled
- Habitats and Elysiums have split from one another in the menu
- Added Real space compatibility for star scaling

- Moved The Alderson to a multi-path megastructure instead of an event to select type
- Moved The Fusion Suppressor to a multi-path megastructure instead of an event to select outcome
- Moved the Penrose Sphere to a multi-path megastructure instead of an event to select type

- New systems may appear in your ehof (including unique vanilla systems)
- Simplified the Ehof Reality Code events
- Added Visuals to the reality code digsites (For fun)
- The AI can be forced to have AoaI but will not use it normally
- Improved the Ai's ability to use the EHOF cohesive systems

- Many bugs were harmed in the making of this update

Similarly to the Ezicanian lore, Solakian lore was too essentially a bastardized version of @cookiehatcherfan's original work. Thus, renames have been applied.

- Solakia changed to Roqualia.
- Solakians changed to Roqualians.
- Dofus Teknik Makina renamed to Dofus Tequenik Machina.
- Dofus' "silly" portrait changed to use another design, as per @cookiehatcherfan's request.
- Sonya Soul is the same but uses her serious robot-like portrait all the time.
- Altaria changed to Atallria.
- Manglaria changed to Rustalia.
- Little Lakia/Kleinlakien Isle changed to Little Qualia/Kleinkolien Isle.
- Ravkosolak Strait changed to Ravqualian Strait.
- Solakarean Sea changed to Roqualarean Sea.
- Altered icons showing Dofus/Sonya accordingly.
- Mirlean changed to Mirelan.

Some of the lore in Gigas, namely the Ezicanians, Symbies, Zousanians and the Atom Shredder, was essentially a semi-bastardized version of old lore made by _Rose (in #lore-credits). I have thus undertaken several lore tweaks aiming to properly separate Gigas' lore from _Rose's own work, since by now the two lores are completely different, only having a few names in common. These tweaks don't actually change the gameplay aside from a few minor differences.

- Ezicanias changed to Zuspris, appearance changed to another Reptilian portrait. Flag is still the same though since it was a mostly arbitrary design. They still play the role of the "Katzens' unfortunate anprim neighbors", though.
- Ezicanian Order changed to Zuspri Vanguard.
- Ezic Empire changed to Zuspri Intermarium.
- Ezikanien resistance region changed to Zuspristaat.
- Louf Cereless Hornsfelt changed to Tyukl Kaau.
- Arctic/Dark Forest Ezicania difference removed, they are now just the same species across both Katzenland and Flusion. The Katzenland kind (as found in the Katzen FEs) is however cybernetic to represent Meopa putting implants on them to make them more compliant with Katzen society.
- Jeimza changed to Ghuqwy, is now cybernetic for the aforementioned reason.
- Their great migration is kept, but Tropiana (the planet the Ezics migrate to) is changed to Zahun, in the Hutyukl system (still a black hole).
- Removed them mutating after trying to attack Flusion with the Psionic Beacon.
- Removed Zweiblio (for the time being) and the Ezicversity achievement.
- Zousa changed to Linteria, Zousanians changed to Linterians.
- Dimora (Former Zousanian queen) changed to Voimakas.
- Symbies (mentioned in a resistance region) changed to Wacegi, Symbyland changed to Wacegien.
- Atom Shredder renamed to the Unraveling, made it clearer that it wasn't really an entity or a phenomenon but a weird uncomprehensible mix of both somehow.
- Removed Douclaw mentioning Lyuinites on Flusion.
- Renamed Cookians to Galletians.
- Aiondia's population and size now match the data on the Wiki.

Update: Jun 1, 2023 @ 9:57am

No more undefended Flusion or Paluushia.
- Expanded a trigger as requested by Merger of Rules
- Fix a frameworld error log entry
- Fix wrong scoping on show_uncolonized for flusion arcology
- Use localization keys for gigas event armies (they can now be translated)

Planetcraft and Systemcraft are now created in unmodifiable fleets, meaning they stand alone. This solves the issue with fleet spam due to splitting fleets under command cap.
Added support for Oppressive Autocracy to the Orbital Elysium.
Elysium housing districts now provide science director jobs for technocratic empires.
Elysium research districts now provide 3 researcher jobs instead of 2 science directors for normal empires.
Added support for Minor Artifacts and Supertensile Materials to Frame World planetary outposts.
Media Mogul jobs (VR and Elysium entertainment districts) are now properly affected by the Pleasure Seekers council position.
Empires with the leader vault civics now preferentially receive training districts on M-brain VR segments.
Oppressive Autocracy empires get the VR Hell district instead of VR entertainment districts on M-brain VR segments.
Updated the gigas AI economy plan file to use the new additive method, increasing compatibility.
Fixed the gigas planet UI to show the correct 20 max district types instead of 6 (oops)

Blokkazoi now properly has the traits of a blokkat leader
Certain edicts should no longer result in a CTD when used while paused and certain UIs are open
There are no longer hieroglyphics under the skin of habitable worlds
Hieroglyphics now only violently explode out from under the soft crust of 'standard' uninhabitable worlds
The Ehof UI has completed its migration to the bottom left, and is no longer broken
The Red toxic world has been banned from the first EHOF system
The Ehof can no longer create a theoretically infinite number of infinity machines
The island has drifted back to the galaxy re-enabling the Away on an Island origin
