Possible localization bug fixes

1.5 update

Updated to 1.4.2

Translation into German thanks to Püttster!

- Added an idea to Switzerland with a new icon
- Added an idea for conquest of Switzerland but it's timed to 3 years so you'll have to decide if you want Switzerland gone or not

Next update will most likely be the focus tree so give some time for that to come out

- Improved the capitulation text for Switzerland with Italy
- Improved idea text for the 4 countries Canada, Italy, Sweden, and France

Coming next is war events for France and Germany

- Add some images for the ideas.

Sorry they don't fit in with the rest of the game but I'm no image editor, not yet at least.

- Edited the flavor text for all events and added new pictures for the majors.

- Changed around the modifers for Germany, Italy, Sweden, and France to make them work better for the countries. (No more 5% more unity for Germany)

- Edited idea names.

Next up will probably be a janky event chain leading to war with Switzerland for Germany or France
