- Can now modify organics into Cyborgs (special civic-trait)
- Cyborg Cultists can work specialist jobs (usually priests)

Machine Spirit Civic Update:
- Now requires being a Spiritualist Gestalt
- Now has secondary organic (optional cyborg) species
- Organics are less powerful bio-trophies (compared to Rogue Servitors)
- Techno Priests can only be filled by organic pops
