I've uploaded a re-make of most of the mod. A lot of things are pretty much the same, a few perks have disappeared, and there are some new. Most importantly everything should now work well with the latest version of the game, and a lot of bugs that have been lying around should now be fixed (although a few new likely have appeared, so please keep reporting).

- Government Ascension paths should now be fixed, and integrated with vanilla perks (not more overlap).
- Combination Ascension Paths should now be pick-able, even if you first fully pick one path.
- Synthetic Evolution no longer overwrite psionic ascension.
- The Psionic and Cybernetic paths bonus perks have been updated.

- Master Mechanist now provides +1 roboticist on each planet.

- Ultimate Ascension and Perfect Ascension re-enabled. Should work well now. Only problem if Transcendence is picked before completing the syth project. The project overwrites the psionic trait. I haven't figured out how this was handled before (was it?). But will have a think. Should be doable.

- Disabled Ultimate and Perfect Ascension until I can do proper testing to ensure they work.

Large number of fixes to accommodate for 2.2 changes. Several perks temporarily made unavailable due to lack of 2.2 compatibility.
